Returns

SINCE extensions are a hygene product we do not accept returns on them, we can swap them out for other color if you are not in love with the one you purchased. items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a swap. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Note that only one swap per order.

Refunds

Again since this is a hygene product we dont refund, if you dont see something you want to swap for you will be issued a store credit to use at a later time.
